At True Luxuries, we specialize in carefully curated vintage, preloved, and resale pieces, many of which are one of a kind. Due to the nature of these items, all sales are final.

Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.


1. All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Because our inventory consists primarily of vintage and preloved garments, each item may show natural signs of age or wear, and sizing may vary depending on brand, era, and country of origin.


2. Please Review Descriptions and Measurements Carefully

We make every effort to describe each item as accurately and honestly as possible.

Each listing is intended to include, where applicable:

  • Material details
  • Approximate sizing
  • Measurements
  • Visible flaws or signs of wear

Please refer to measurements and description rather than relying solely on the tagged size, as vintage sizing often differs from modern standards.

4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Misrepresented Items

If you receive:

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that do not fit as expected when measurements were provided
  • Sale or discounted items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards, if applicable

6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Because many pieces at True Luxuries are unique and cannot be restocked, we are unable to provide direct replacements once an item has sold.


7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have certain rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including a 14-day cooling-off period.

However, eligibility may depend on the type and condition of the item purchased.

8. Refunds
