At True Luxuries, each order is prepared with care and attention.
Please review the shipping timelines below before placing your order.
1. Processing Times
True Luxuries Pieces
All True Luxuries vintage, preloved, and resale items are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days.
Because many pieces are one of a kind and handled individually, processing times may occasionally vary slightly during high-volume periods.
Free of Frame Shirts
Free of Frame shirts are made and fulfilled separately and are typically shipped within 7 business days.
2. Orders Containing Both Brands
If your order includes both:
- True Luxuries pieces
- Free of Frame shirts
your order will be shipped together once the Free of Frame items are ready.
This means combined orders will follow the longer processing timeline.
3. Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Please allow a short period of time for tracking updates to appear.
4. Shipping Delays
While we always aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- carrier issues
- holidays
- weather conditions
- high order volume
- incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, True Luxuries is not responsible for transit delays outside of our control.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
True Luxuries is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
